- MyKad or MyKid (NRIC) for Malaysian citizens
- Passport for non-Malaysian citizens
- Medical Card and Letter of Guarantee from your health insurance company (if applicable) – if you are a self-paying patient, a deposit will be required
- Your doctor's referral letter
- Appointment card (for a follow-up visit)
- A photocopy of your family member’s/guarantor’s IC/Passport for record purposes
Meals are provided four times a day – complimentary for inpatients only.
We have a flat rate of RM10 a day. Please present your parking ticket to the Customer Service counter during office hours. Should it be after hours, the validation counter will be located at the Emergency Department. You will also find Autopay Machines at the ML Lobby and at Level 3 (near the elevator on the walkway to Marriot Hotel).

Please be informed that check out time is 12:00 noon and the discharge process will take half an hour to two hours to be completed. During this time, your bills will be processed and we will prepare your medication (if any).
Once that has been settled, you will proceed back to your ward and present the official receipt to collect your medication; belongings; medical certificate; discharge summary; and investigation results from the nurse’s counter.
You will then be given an appointment card with a follow-up date with your consultant.
We have outpatient services available as well for your convenience.

Our large day care ward with 12 beds will ensure all your needs are met.
Our Day Care ward is located at Level 3. Please do note that the treatment will depend on your medical condition and the package will be decided by our consultant. Our hospital is operating for 24 hours and our therapy hours are as below:

4. What are the paying methods at Daehan?
Paying methods are as per below:
Self-Pay
The deposit is based on your estimated package price that is to be paid upon admission. Payment can be done via cash, credit card, or online transfers. Please do note that for credit card payments, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCP and Union Pay. For e-Wallet payments, only ALIPAY is accepted.
Insurance/Third Part Administration (TPA) Coverage
For corporate patients and those with insurance / Third Party Administration (TPA) coverage, the companies need to be registered with us before we can accept the Guarantee Letter (GL). Please present the GL upon admission and if there are uncovered charges, patients will need to settle the costs upon discharge. Should your GL be declined, you will be required to settle the bill by cash or credit card.
