Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy is crucial in giving patients some level of independence in their lives.
Occupational therapy is a client-centred health profession with the primary goal of enabling people to resume as best they can everyday activities despite the impact any injury or disease may have had on their lives.
Occupational therapists work with people and communities to enhance an individual’s ability to engage in an occupation – taking into account the possible need to modify the environment and job to better support this.
At Daehan, Occupational Therapy is integral in recovering our patient’s basic activity skills for daily living to allow them some level of independence. Our therapists are trained to treat neurocognitive impairments using advanced computer interactive technology. Besides that, we utilise other dynamic approaches to keep the patients engaged in the therapy process.
